It’s pretty easy to order Jenny’s Arts. If you want a photorealistic pet portrait drawing from your pet, just send her:
- a photo of your pet, size at least 4 x 6, good quality (the quality of the drawing depends on the quality of the photo. The bigger the photo and the better the quality, the more realistic the portrait will be – the drawing cannot be better than the photo!
- information about the size of the drawing (please see the available sizes at “pricing and conditions“)
- a notice if you want the drawing with or without background of the photo
- a notice if you want the drawing in charcoal (darker) or graphite (lighter); you can see some examples in Jenny’s art gallery
- your name, full address and phone number
Just send the photo and the requested info via e-mail to jenny45331@yahoo.com
So what happens after you sent your order and the photo?
- If all the information is complete and the photo you sent is ok, you’ll receive an order confirmation with an order-#. If there is information missing, you’ll get an e-mail with a request for the missing information.
After you sent in the missing information, you’ll receive the order confirmation with the order-# - If Jenny is ready to start with working at your order you’ll get an invoice for the 20% deposit, payable by paypal
- After receipt of the 20% deposit, Jenny starts working on the portrait you ordered
- As soon as the artwork is done, Jenny will send you an e-mail and the invoice about the remaining 80% + S&H
- After receipt of the amount for the artwork + shipping & handling, Jenny will send the artwork per mail (insured!) to you.
All artworks are shipped via US Postal Service and insured.
